Skill: Multi-item pastry production; timing and staging; composed sweet/savory spread Goal: Produce a proper afternoon tea service using everything from Blocks 47–48. This is a project service that tests your ability to produce multiple pastry items in a coordinated window.

Required elements: - Scones (basic cream scones with clotted cream and jam) — King Arthur - Finger sandwiches (cucumber + cream cheese; smoked salmon) - One sweet pastry from this week (lemon tart, éclairs, or mille-feuille) - Tea, brewed properly

Full Meal: - The afternoon tea IS the meal — invite someone to share it
