Skill: Coordinating multiple Indian dishes for simultaneous service
Goal: Recreate a North Indian restaurant spread at home:

  2. Main dal: Dal makhani or moong dal
  3. Main curry: Butter chicken or tikka masala (from batch earlier in week)
  4. Bread: Fresh naan from Session 173
  5. Sides: Raita, papad, mango pickle
