Goal: Choose 4–5 dishes from the two weeks and serve them restaurant-style:

  1. Botanas: Guacamole, salsa verde, tortilla chips
  2. Sopa: Remainder of pozole (reheat) or a fresh black bean soup
  3. Main I: Whatever birria or enchiladas remain
  4. Main II: Carne asada or al pastor freshly prepared
  5. Dessert: Churros with chocolate sauce, or tres leches cake (store-bought acceptable tonight)

Full Meal: - Multi-dish Mexican celebration spread - Margaritas or agua fresca as appropriate
